Why Should Sage Rebuild Your Emitters?
Emitter parts have some “memory” and fit together better if they are kept paired. The technician working on the rebuild has a lot of influence on how well the emitter will work in the way it is assembled. When emitter parts are kept matched, and by using the same tech to rebuild them, the emitter life is extended.
SAGE keeps all parts for one emitter together through the cleaning process, and the same technician rebuilds the emitter each time for our customers. We are able to recognize when parts are close to the used up stage and replace it, rather than having it fail in your system during a run. All emitters are cleaned and packaged so that they arrive ready to use in your system.
If you have never had SAGE rebuild your emitter, we think you’ll be pleased with our quality service and price. We charge $300 per emitter, and this always includes new insulators, screws and filament. We recommend it for each rebuilding.
